Closed Digital Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Closed Digital is a token launching platform that allows users to launch, buy, sell, and interact with digital assets. Use of our platform is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and any other policies linked within.

2. Eligibility

To use Closed Digital, you must:

- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

- Have full legal authority to enter into these Terms.

- Not be subject to any sanctions or restrictions as defined by applicable laws, including those from the US, UK, EU, or UN.

We reserve the right to refuse access to any user or jurisdiction at our discretion.

- You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

- You use the platform at your own risk and should consult a licensed advisor if needed.

4. Platform Use

You agree to use Closed Digital in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

- Engaging in pump-and-dump schemes, wash trading, or other manipulative behavior.

- Uploading offensive, false, or infringing content.

- Attempting to bypass platform limits, restrictions, or security mechanisms.

- Using bots or automated tools without prior approval from Closed Digital.

5. Wallets & Transactions

- You must connect a self-custodial crypto wallet to use Closed Digital.

- All transactions, including token creation, purchases, and sales, are irreversible.

- You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient funds and gas fees for all actions.

- We are not liable for failed, delayed, or lost transactions.

6. Content & Ownership

- Users retain ownership of the IP they upload but grant Closed Digital a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for platform functionality, marketing, or showcasing.

- All intellectual property related to the platform, including branding, design, and core features, remain the exclusive property of Closed Digital.

7. Fees

- Fees for using Closed Digital are transparently disclosed in our [Fee Schedule].

- By using the platform, you authorize us to deduct applicable fees directly from your transactions.

- Fee structures are subject to change with or without notice.

8. Suspension & Termination

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

12. Indemnification
